The purpose of the services offered by the French company Milatina.fr is to connect individuals for the purpose of a mixed matrimonial union. There is also a Milatina.co website, which is the Spanish version of the French site. Both sites are identical in content.

Romantic Discovery Package: You entrust us with finding the best profile that may suit you after we have jointly defined the quality criteria you seek in your future spouse. Whether among our candidates or, if none of them match your aspirations, our correspondents in Colombia, managed by Sandra, will expand the selection offered. Our organization allows us to search for candidates from the start through our Colombian correspondents.

• The subscription is monthly with automatic renewal. You can cancel it at any time with one month's notice. It will automatically end if you have found the right person and they mutually agree to this choice.
• Milatina is committed to providing the means but does not guarantee results. Our goal is for you to find the relationship you are looking for. Under no circumstances will Milatina be held responsible if this does not happen.

Determined Lover Package: We actively search for one or more candidates who exactly match what you are looking for. Our correspondents, along with our affiliated Colombian marketing services, will do everything possible to target the search:

• Guarantee of at least three candidates who exactly match your criteria.
• We assist you in writing emails and translating questions and answers if needed, as well as during WhatsApp calls in duplex mode with our help.
• A dedicated assistant will help you with all the formalities for welcoming the person in France if you decide to meet on French soil. In this case, all related costs will be your responsibility.

Love Traveler Package: Our Colombian team or we ourselves will welcome you to meet the Colombian(s) of your dreams and experience the atmosphere of Latin nights. This service includes:

• Three full days of organized meetings during a five-day trip, arranged according to your wishes so that both parties feel comfortable.
• The cost of round-trip flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities is included. Extras, meals, and drinks are at your own expense.
• We provide remote coordination and supervision of your stay and are available for any questions you may not be able to resolve on-site. You will have a dedicated phone number for assistance.
• A Milatina correspondent will be assigned to you during your stay, speaking English and Spanish, or French if one of us decides to accompany you.

2. Services Provided

The purpose of Milatina.fr is to connect adults for the purpose of a stable and lasting mixed union.

The Milatina Agency reserves the right to refuse any membership request that does not meet the seriousness and moral standards required by the Agency.

The matchmaking service offered for the purpose of marriage or a stable union must be formalized in a written contract, drafted in legible characters, with a copy provided to the client at the time of signing.

This applies to all Milatina packages, as they are signed as part of a matrimonial brokerage contract.

The main mandatory clauses of the matrimonial brokerage contract are:

• A description of services.
• A 14-business-day reflection period during which no deposit or payment can be required or accepted.
• Indication of prices and payment terms. Payment is monthly, with the possibility of adding extra service packages.
• Information provided to the client.
• The profile of the client and the person being sought, including age, gender, place of residence, occupation, and marital status.
• Client obligations.
• Use of personal data.
• Suspension of services.
• Contract termination, with a potential penalty set by law, depending on how much time remains on the contract.

When traveling to Colombia or any other country of residence of the candidate, the client must prepare for:

• Administrative and health formalities: Milatina.fr advises the client on legal and health formalities, but the client is responsible for verifying these on their own. Since Milatina.fr cannot know the client's personal situation, it is essential that they take all necessary precautions based on the nature of their trip.
• Trip preparation: Regardless of their nationality, Milatina strongly recommends consulting all relevant country information and administrative and health procedures on the official websites www.diplomatie.gouv.fr and www.action-visas.com, as well as considering countries involved in layovers or transit. The client is fully responsible for completing these procedures and covering the associated costs.

3. Client's Commitment

• The client is solely responsible for the content of the information provided to Milatina during registration.
• The client guarantees that they are free from any marital commitment.
• The client assures that the information provided is accurate and sincere. The contracting parties agree that Milatina systematically verifies the accuracy of the identification data provided by requesting a copy of a valid identity card or passport, without retaining the document, in accordance with GDPR regulations. If the ID card or passport is transferred via the website registration process, it will be destroyed after data verification.
• The client may not under any circumstances:
  • Deliberately provide third-party data (including email addresses) as their own.
  • Grant others access to personal data, particularly names, phone numbers, postal addresses, email addresses, photo, and video files, without the approval of their respective owners.
  • Share defamatory, indecent, inappropriate, threatening, or illegal content or information.
• The client agrees to indemnify Milatina against any complaints, damages, losses, or claims that may arise from their registration and/or participation in the services, provided that such damages or harm are not caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Milatina and its legal representatives.
• By validating the questionnaire on the Milatina.fr website, the client agrees that their personal information will be used to process the pre-selection of compatible profiles, allowing them to receive the full range of services they have signed up for as quickly as possible.
• The client's profile will not be displayed on the Milatina.fr website. Instead, the agency will present candidates deemed to match the client’s expectations. The agency retains the client’s photos solely for presentation to selected members for one or more potential connections. The presentation media used for this purpose include email and WhatsApp.
• The client certifies that they are at least 18 years old, free of any marital commitments, and living alone.
• The client agrees to behave respectfully, adhere to confidentiality clauses concerning the people introduced to them, and refrain from publishing the contacts and photos of these individuals online.
• Any violation of the above rules will result in contract termination without compensation and may lead to legal proceedings.

4. Milatina Agency’s Commitment

Confidentiality: The collected information is processed for the execution of services corresponding to the selected packages. This data will never be transmitted or exploited outside the agency’s operational framework. At the end of the service, all data will be destroyed within one month, and the client may request proof of destruction. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended in 2004, the client has the right to access and rectify their personal data by contacting Milatina’s certification service.

5. Payment Methods

• The agency accepts payments via bank transfers and checks made payable to "Hervé Le Chatelier - Milatina."

6. Withdrawal Period

• The client has a 14-day withdrawal period during which they may cancel their purchase of a Milatina.fr service. The Milatina Agency will issue a full refund within 15 days via bank transfer, upon receipt of the client’s bank account details (RIB).

7. Travel

• The accompanying representative agrees to facilitate the client’s stay in the city or country of the meeting. The Milatina team will be available by phone and will assist with requests within the limits of the agreed-upon services.
• The client must comply with all laws of the countries they visit.
• The client must respect the suggested itineraries and locations to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.
• The client must take all necessary precautions to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
• The client must behave respectfully towards individuals and property. Any misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the service, and the accompanying representative will be released from the terms of the contract between the client and Milatina Agency.

8. Force Majeure

• Milatina.fr is not responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations related to an order or service purchase if such failure results from force majeure—i.e., an unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond the agency’s control that prevents the execution of the obligations outlined in these Terms of Sale.

9. Applicable Law

• These Terms of Sale are subject to French law, without prejudice to the application of mandatory provisions from the client’s country of residence.

10. Trip Interruption

• Any trip that is interrupted, shortened, or any service not used by the client will not be eligible for a refund. If the client has purchased insurance covering trip interruption, they must follow the cancellation procedures specified in their insurance policy.

11. Service Suspension

• The client may request a temporary suspension of services for personal reasons. No compensation can be claimed by either party. Services will resume upon the client’s written request. If the suspension exceeds six months, the client’s file will be permanently closed without any compensation.

12. Contract Termination

• The matrimonial brokerage contract may be terminated by the client at any time.
• In the case of a legitimate termination as defined in Article 6 of the law of June 23, 1989, the initial price will be reduced proportionally based on the elapsed and remaining contract duration.
• The termination request must be accompanied by justification for the legitimate reason cited.
• Any amounts paid exceeding the adjusted price will be refunded by Milatina Agency within two months from the termination validation date.
• Additionally, Milatina Agency allows termination for personal and confidential reasons without requiring justification. In this case, the client will receive a 25% refund of the invoiced amount after deducting the agency's incurred costs.
• The matrimonial brokerage contract may also be terminated by the agency if the client fails to comply with confidentiality commitments, exhibits disrespectful behavior, breaches the confidentiality of introduced individuals, or publishes their contact details and photos online. Any violation of these rules will result in contract termination without compensation.

13. Acceptance of Terms of Sale

• By subscribing to a contract and service with Milatina.fr, the client acknowledges and guarantees their legal capacity to enter into an agreement under the specified conditions, namely:
  • Being of legal age.
  • Being free from any marital commitments.
  • Not being under guardianship or legal protection.
• By signing a Milatina matrimonial brokerage contract, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale in their entirety.
